        Always friendly and with a good grasp of client needs. Now in town so very handy for a swim in the harbour afterwards. Great selection of classes and an easy booking system too. Still pushing me to my limits, I feel great after these workouts.

        At Dynamic they have such a personal approach where you dont feel like just a number with them and it really does make a difference. Highly recommend!

        Dynamic pilates is great. Jen is a great instructor. She watches her clients and makes sure they are going at the right pace individually. She is also very good at gently extending and challenging us!
