Tim and Maxine are great people doing a great job. Tim is actively listening and has a comprehensive approach, even referring patients to other practitioners when he thinks they would benefit from this or there is not much he can do himself. Speak about having peoples well-being at heart !

I was recommended to Active Feet through my GP for an ingrown toenail procedure. Tim was helpful, friendly and professional. The thing that stood out to me was the follow up services provided after the procedure, which show that Tim has a personal investment in the outcome of his patients.

Really disappointed with this service. I do NOT recommend. Tim suggested 3D printed orthotics, 3 times the price of the regular soft ones @$700, but Tim told me they were going to last over 3 times as long so I went for them. The 3D printed were the only orthotics I have ever had that made my existing problem far more painful & also gave me pain in other parts of my feet! Tim tried twice to fix them but failed. This gave me months of intense pain, until I was hardly able to walk. Then he prescribed soft orthotics without adapting them to my feet. They were still far more comfortable than the 3D printed ones. He refunded me $300. So I ended up with orthotics which had zero medical imput from Tim. For $400! He didnt seem to care if you are in pain. Never going back. He also offered me $95 if I would take down this review!
