Director Stephen Dacombe-Bird has been alerted to a serious criminal offence involving Takapuna branch manager Graeme Henderson. Stephen is in possession of information showing Graeme Henderson lied repeatedly under the Privacy Act and attempted to bully an individual to the brink of suicide. If Stephen has an issue with this review, he's more than welcome to contact the New Zealand Police.

Director Stephen Dacombe-Bird is literally in possession of an audio recording of a Quinovic employee committing a serious crime. Takapuna branch manager Graeme Henderson tried to cover up this crime by lying repeatedly under the Privacy Act. It will be interesting to see what Stephen has to say when the audio is released publicly.

Viewing experience was very bad. The lady agent was condescending. Was messaged to arrive 5 mins early. So I came early. The current tenant complained to lady agent that she should bring all prospects to show the apartment at once(fair). The agent lied that "since I came early" she brought just me to show the apartment. Didnt like the expereince because she was very condescending in the way she was treating me. Like I might break something if I touch it.
