I had Lloyd Richardson as my property managers at an apartment in Wellington and they were fantastic. Throughout the tenancy Nick was consistently easy to deal with and very considerate and flexible with the needs of the flat. His clear communication and quick landlord liasons/responses made our time at the flat very enjoyable.

Property managers are always a big part of my decision when considering rentals - Nick gave a great first impression, and absolutely lived up to it! In addition to being clear and prompt with communication/work, he's also very reasonable and considers any impact on tenants. I know others who have been even longer term tenants of Lloyd Richardson Ltd, and I've only ever heard positive experiences. Builder Blair is also wonderful, a very considered and considerate maintenance guy. Definitely recommend Lloyd Richardson for a happy tenancy!
