Philippa and her team are just fabulous to have as property managers - from a tenants point of view. We tenanted a property in Wellington for 6 years and over that time had cause to deal directly with them on many occasions. They always listened, always acted with urgency when necessary and we felt they cared about us and wanted to make sure that things were up to standard. They advocated for us when necessary and had respect for our family. We are very grateful to them for their care and attention and we know they always did their best for the owner as well. We rate them very highly and recommend them to both tenants and landlords.
