        It is the first time Im renting a flat via an agency and I wasnt expecting them to care as much as a landlord would. I was actually so surprised about how professional Just Property Management is. Scott is always willing to help and is very reactive to any job we log or question we have. Honestly, it is five stars service (and Ive got high expectations), I would recommend to anyone!

        Wish I could rate less. Anna was absolutely terrible to deal with. I found her to be an extremely rude, unprofessional and unpleasant person. For example, she emailed me in curt and unkind language when I questioned the legality of signing a tenancy changeover form without seeing a copy of the original tenancy agreement (which is, in fact, illegal). She has also intimidated my fellow tenant by typing her emails in all capslock. Avoid at all costs.
