        Dealing with them over the renewal of a lease. Should be simple but five months have elapsed and we're still waiting on them. Messages/emails are seldom returned, each time I phone, a different person is handling the matter. The staff themselves are polite but performance ? Oh dear, if I had a choice I wouldn't deal with them. Post script Nov 2022. It's been 6 months now and I'm still waiting. In response to my review they said they would be in contact, nothing heard. Avoid this company if you possibly can.
