Sam sold our house in Hataitai for us, and we cant thank or recommend him highly enough. He is a consummate professional. It is a testament to Sams dedication to his many clients that his level of communication made us feel like he was working to sell our place full time. We felt like we were the only people on his books - when that was very far from being the case. Sam was always keeping us updated, ready to answer any questions we had, and got a better outcome than we could have imagined. Sam is also incredibly trustworthy - when looking at properties to buy, our very strong preference was to view houses that Tommys was marketing and have Sam show us through - we knew we were in good hands and would get the honest story about a place. We would not hesitate in recommending Sam to potential clients, whether they are looking to buy or sell a house.

I found Sam and his colleague exceptional to deal with when I recently sold my house through Tommy's. Sam was a pleasure to deal with as he happily came to my workplace to get the paperwork actioned and kept me informed of what was happening through the sale process along with providing advice to ensure that the house was ready for sale. Sam has also been great to deal with after the sale in helping on my hunt for a new residence. Sam was great in both helping me to buy, and helping me to sell my home. It's a pretty stressful time in both situations, and Sam provided excellent advice and support throughout the process.
