        Do these people even exist!?? The only time I met anyone who was able to supply with minimal info about the building she was rude unprofessional and insulted me as a joke. Please BE AWARE do not rent here you'll regret it the rooms are awful and the property managers are terrible the building looks like it's about to cave in I also know of manny people who have tried to leave and they haven't had thier bond paid back for months or even YEARS!! I cannot stress this enough DO NOT RENT HERE!!! I

        Worst flat I have ever been in. No opening windows and the owners were terrible to deal with. I don't recommend flatting with these corporation.

        Te Aro Tenancies are disgusting. 116 Leftbank - No window in some rooms room - Breached privacy laws by providing me with information related to the tenancy agreement when I wasn't even on the lease - No maintenance - Had only ONE entrance/exit to the whole building and the door would frequently jam! No fire exit! - Someone had daisy-chained an extention cord from an outlet in the lobby to their flat. Extreme fire hazard. Again, no fire exit and the door frequently jammed. Dangerous! - Claimed that they were not receiving rent payments when they, in fact, were receiving rent payments. Threatened eviction. Eat your landlords, man. Except I'd give these scumlords a miss - don't infect yourself with their tainted meat.
