Online registration was easy to follow and well laid out. The induction was fun and easy to follow. 10/10, Caroline was very supportive and communicative, she would answer my questions and emails in a great timely manner. The people I dealt with were REAL, Caroline and Cassandra made me feel valued and I wanted to reach out and ask questions and for support knowing I would get it.
