SatayMe Satay

Usually get SatayMe ftom the Willis st but have moved closer so tried here. Got the usual taster meal, however this one came with a beef roti wrap not chicken which fell apart and beef was dry. The skewers were cold and dry and, as was the slice of roti. The rice was warm but overall didn't compare to Willis st. Food should be at correct temperature and out of the danger zone.

Boyfriend order a veg spring roll which had chicken in it. When we went back to enquire whether they had given us the right one they simply removed the veg spring roll sign, replaced it with 'chicken spring roll' and claimed they don't have vegetarian spring rolls. Completely unprofessional and no apologies or attempts to correct their mistake.

Lady on the counter who served was very unprofessional and food was cold like room temperature not even in hot food cabinet or in fridge. She refused to heat up the food and yelled at her staff who were about to heat up the food for us. She said were too busy for this keep going. Food was not good too. Too salty and no meat just salad. Never going back again.

Old lady that serve me is very rude. she screams just because i ask if she could heat up the food for a minute.
