Appalling service from the beginning with our high tea booking never confirmed despite my ring numerous times. Didn't get my glass of bubbly till at least halfway through and I reminded them. Food was very average and not explained, told it was all written down, however you had to guess what you were eating. It wasn't obvious. Poor range of only four teas, not even an English breakfast or equivalent for my mother on her 90th birthday. I got the impression it was all to save on staff and the food could have been pre-made. Despite all those enjoyed the views and the ambience. My friend told me it had gone downhill and I can confirm it has. If you like to go somewhere just for the views and art fair enough but there was 9 of us at a minimum of $53 a head. Been before when it was great but definitely won't be going again
