They are opened 7 days a week which is great and so easy to find. Beautiful spot and beautiful people who make you feel valued every time. Joti did an amazing job on my hair, i went in for a Hair cut and she gave me some layers, a blow dry and great advice about hair care. I love love love my new hair cut. Such a great vibe as well and even if you live in the city, it's worth your time coming to North City to get your hair done here. Services: Blowdry, Hairstyling

I went here to get my eyebrows threaded. I have quite fine hair on my brows and the lady mentioned a couple of times how fine the hair is and how difficult to work with. She made them really thin and with very little shape as well as very far apart, and by the time she showed me in the mirror it was obviously too late. I am sad because I have had my eyebrows threaded in other places with no problems and no comments about how fine the hair is. I felt like maybe she was in a rush as I didnt feel like she took much care. Luckily I can cover most of it with makeup.

Went in for a half a head of foils, toner, olaplaex treatment & cut. I specifically said I didnt want to put any bleach on my roots & that I wanted to go a few shades lighter as I had already had my hair lifted prior to going to Fame Hair & Beauty. When I came off the basin and looked in the mirror my roots were orange, and my hair had a variation of colours of ash, orange, brown & blonde. I could tell by the owners face & whispers to the other employee he called over to look at my hair, that it didnt look good! The owner (who did the application) tried to blame another employee saying she mixed the bleach however the one he was blaming was the only employee who actually tried to fix the situation. Big shout out to Liene who did the best she could to make me feel better about the situation and who did her best to have me walk out the that salon with a colour that I would feel better about. For a service I was unhappy with the owner made me pay $335 giving me a $20 discount for his errors (original price $355). I will never go here again unless its for a hair cut! Im only giving it a 2 star rating because Liene made my experience better! If you want your hair done well, ask for Liene! Service: Hair highlighting
