        I come in here a lot and they have super friendly and attentive staff, always ready to help or chat. It seems that the company is not very receptive (online orders failing, etc.) and the store staff have no control over it, but they are always very apologetic. Lovely manager as well who is super helpful to their capabilities!

        While the staff and friendly and helpful, the management of this store have left me feeling upset and lied to. I left a surf watch for battery replacement in late January. The manager kept reassuring met it was away and would be back soon with many unfulfilled promises to call me back. In June, (after following up with the missing watch for five months), while the manager was away a helpful staff member gave me back my watch from the bottom of drawer it had been left in and never sent to be fixed. I no longer trust this company, and want to let both Amazon Surf Shop and its prospective customers know.
