St Pierre's Sushi

Grabbed my sushi and yelled out the name of it, (which was incorrect) wouldnt listen to me when I said it was a different kind of sushi, and charged me extra anyway :)

St Pierre's is synonymous with "rip off". Tiny sushi that's not well made and get charged 1/3 more than you would anywhere else. The only thing keeping this useless chain open is they've weaseled their way into the popular spots for dining, so they're bound to get foot traffic no matter how lousy their food is. If you want decent sushi, seek out Sushi B, its still a rip off but at least you get decent sized sushi.

Absolutely love the click and collect option and the fact that you can get specially made custom rolls with brown rice. I do recommend ordering earlier in the day if you do want brown rice because they often run out after lunch. When this happened to me I instantly received a message phone call from the staff explaining the situation and my options- great communication.

weird vibes, some Asian male worker stands right next to me as I am figuring out what I want to select - made me feel uncomfortable insinuating I was going to steal. Have come through multiple for lunch the past week but its the last time. Disgusting hospitality from him but cashier was nice.

Staff need better training with allergens, no one knows what coeliac means, despite saying their chicken was gluten free on their menu, I was told it wasnt safe.
