Firstly I purchased some clear engine goggles. A few days latter I received an email saying they no longer have them.
Secondly I purchased a snorkel and they sent the wrong one. Then they told me the one I wanted wasn't available. The one I ordered had an extra feature and they told me they were the same price. I went to check the website and they had updated it and made the model they sent me the same price as the one with the valve that stops water when tumble turning. Didn't sit right with me. Only after questioning it, they sad we will give you $10 back.
If you are going to be a credible E business you need to up your game and love your customers. I visited your brick and mortar Wellington branch recently and the young man didn't want to sell a thing. Directing people online was his MO. If online is the business, up your game.
I have changed this review to 5 stars. As this matter was handled by a true customer centric retailer. Well done to this individual. Retail is your true calling. Way to turn a negative experience into a positive one.
