I've been going to Rhys for just over a year now regularly. Rhys is an insightful, respectful and excellent artist. He has happily worked with a variety of material I have given him, and he has translated it all perfectly to tattoos, as well as offers his own opinion and input in the most helpful ways. His experience, skill and knowledge with tattooing is clear each and every time I get a tattoo with him, and combined with his passion for making good art always makes me feel valued and appreciated.

After first getting tattooed by rhys back when he worked at alc maybe 5 years ago, there's a reason I sought him again start work on well pretty much anything that came to my mind! This man is a wizard at turning concept into a well thought out and smartly placed tattoo you'll cherish or serval. mans got yarns, fun'n'friendly vibes, real skill with a needle and a deep appreciation for his clients and the work itself. The work that Rhys has done on myself and many others is a testament to a true icon of the wellington tattoo community. Nice one brathaaaaaa

I am currently getting my arms tattooed by Rhys and I couldnt have found a better artist for the job. He always makes getting tattooed a pleasure and Im always looking forward to my next session. Rhys is a true craftsman and an artist that is well versed in his trade.

I've been tattooed by Rhys twice now, for a total of five tattoos and will definitely be back for more! I 100% recommend Rhys as a tattooer his traditional blackwork tattoos are on my wishlist for sure!
