        Couldn't put on a screen protector lolz, charged me $50 failed once and then said the boss said could you please do this yourself. If you can't put a screen protector on may aswell close up shop. Outrageous.

        I recently bought Galaxy Buds2 Pro headphones, but tried to return them within the legal timeframe after finding out that their companion app wasn't compatible with Apple devices. This app is crucial as it enables the "find my earbuds" feature in case of loss. Despite only using the earbuds once, the retailer (Spark Cuba St) refused to accept the return and told me to contact Samsung NZ directly. For peace of mind, I won't be using their retail services in the future, even if the staff was generally friendly.
