Don't do it!!!! 2degrees is by far the worst telecommunication provider in New Zealand

I went in here to purchase a new phone. The staff greeted me with a great smile and wanted to educate me on what phones are on offer before purchasing one. They also sorted me out with a case and screen protector and nothing was a issue. The store was very clean and the service was fantastic but the best part was how professional the young guy named Sean was and how much of a breeze he made my new purchase!!

I set up broadband with 2degrees and they delayed connection by 4 days later than the day they said. When I told them I am using data for everything and don't have enough data to last 4 days without WiFi, 2degrees said there is nothing they will do to help. When I asked them why the delay happened, they had no answer. I set this up well in advance of moving and 2degrees confirmed the dates, but they have gone back on their word and not done anything to try fix the problem.

Yvan was amazing! Can't recommend him highly enough. He helped me with a difficult situation. His Customer service made my day that much better! Wish there were more people with his expertise in Customer service and Customer satisfaction.
