        Had mixed messages about the toy I had purchased. First I was told the package had been picked up but not scanned and they didn't know where the package was. I had to chase the store up repeatedly to find out where my item was. Most of the time they didn't bother to answer the phone. Eventually I was emailed and told my refund was processed the week before. (This was the first I had heard of a refund) When I emailed to ask why I was told different things, I was ignored. Refund wasn't received until two days later. A total of ten days from paying to receiving my refund. One of the worst customer service experiences ever.

        This is the best toy shop in Wellington. I have four grandchildren and it is always my 'go to' store. Olesia is always so helpful in assisting me choose age appropriate gifts which are beautifully made and unique. The icing on the cake is Olesia's beautiful gift wrapping. Highly recommend to anyone wanting special service and special gifts.
