    Used the translation services two years ago, and I had no complaints. Recently I had to order a translation of a one-page document, and the communication by a customer service team was great, they were very responsive. They responded very quickly when we were revising a translation since the translator sometimes would just skip a line of text or add a line of text that was not in the original translation. If you pick up the document from the office, rather than ordering delivery, try confirming with customer service that somebody is present to hand over the translation. Because the company doesn't have an office, a receptionist representing the Transnational might not be in. This caused quite a confusion because I was told my translation is ready for pick up, but when I arrived there was no one at the desk. It is a bit surprising, but Transnational didn't know that their staff was away and they didn't leave instructions to a person attending to duties on that day. If I was informed that I can pick it up another day, because the staff is away, I would totally understand, because life happens, but this was quite a waste of time since it took almost an hour to get the translation printed by a temporary staff attending to the desk while customer service assured me it won't take too long.
