Inspiration Education Tutoring - Wellington

We had no doubts that our teenager is smart, but life sometimes throws obstacles your way. This is what happened to us. In between ups and downs, the name William Guzzo was introduced to us by a psychologist, working with our teenager at the time. We thought no harm done in following up with him. Our teenager was in an anti-social mindset, and still we arranged a meeting with Mr. Guzzo. A long story short .. This year, our teenager was granted an award for high achievement by his high school. Today we found out that he did well with NCEA exams, and he passed. Perhaps more importantly, William has become a safe harbour, a trusted confidant and mentor for our son, and has him discovering a world beyond the confines of his bedroom. William and our son have built a unique relationship, and William is the only person we know who has the empathy, trust and character to unlock the talent, curiosity, commitment, hard work, and sensibility in our child. Horrible experience. I contacted them for my daughter and filled up the form with the details as requested. Next thing I know that an email came from Jade asking me the exact same questions. I tried to call them in an attempt to talk to someone, but the voice messages were not returned. Then I emailed back asking them to call me and all I get sent was the same set of questions. After a few email altercations, I lost patience. Jude is adamant not to talk and only want to email. No phone call offer was taken after repeated request. I am not comfortable with a teaching institute for my daughter who does not know that speaking is the best way to close communication gap :(
