Honestly the worst tasting food we have had in the time we have been in Wellington, the "steak" on the loaded fries was and tasted like the consistency of cardboard and the hunnus and sauces were just as terrible. The chips were soggy and unpleasant. My kids had the nuggets and fries option and they couldn't bear to finish their meals asking to stop and leave halfway through from feeling sick. I couldn't even eat 1/3 of what I ordered neither could the children. Totally disappointed and down $40, went back to trusty Macdonalds where at least the fries are hot and the so are the nuggets. How do I go about getting a refund ???

I recently ordered food from this establishment on 26 April and I'm disappointed to say that it was a terrible experience. Firstly, the food was cold and not fresh, which was unexpected as I have always enjoyed the quality of their food in the past. Secondly, the customer service team was not trained to handle EFTPOS functions properly. They were unable to process a refund or provide a satisfactory solution to address my concerns about the cold and unsatisfactory food. As a regular customer, I expect better quality food and service from this place. This recent experience left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I urge others to be cautious when considering this establishment for their dining needs. Overall, I believe that this place needs to improve their food quality and customer service standards, as they seem to be declining. Until these issues are addressed, I cannot recommend this establishment to others. In addition to the issues with the food quality and customer service, I also submitted a complaint through the official website but did not receive any response. This lack of follow-up and accountability is unacceptable, especially for a business that values its customers.
