Do not engage, at all. The owner runs the place like a dictatorship - he hates his customers and hates his neighbours. Runs this commercial operation in a residential neighbourhood and parks work vehicles in residential parking spots - is aggressive and untoward if you do not agree with his actions. Do not expect any customer service or anything positive from this business.

Horrible customer service. They rude and helpless. Dont ever buy anything from them. Just sad and grump people.

Customer service is not great and they always add a charge onto your order...they blame the exchange rate but if they ran a proper business they should be able to be honest and upfront with their pricing especially on stocked product.

We deal with Heatpress for a few Vinyl requirements by email. We are based in Auckland and have had next to no issues with couriers.

By the looks of it, you should shut your business down. If you have poor customer service (which is usually the 1st thing a customer looks at), then you shouldn't have a business at all. Y'all should learn customer service experience, then yall might go far. Thank you to everyone for your reviews, so I know as a future reference not to go there
