Fantastic service! Emailed them about a repair and the car was picked up from my house less than an hour later. It was fixed and returned after only ~3.5h. Reasonable pricing and Scott lovely to deal with. Will be coming back for sure.

Im new to Wellington and stumbled across this garage as I had a job I needed done quickly. They have always accommodated me. High quality of service, fully transparent in their professional opinion. Provide quotes before big jobs. Easy to talk to and you feel listened to as a customer.

I just want to go and throw my recommendation out there for Scott from Sarich for going the extra mile to have my car fixed. I went to take the wheels off my car 2 days before Christmas to replace the front brake pads and one of the nuts had been threaded onto the stud. We decided to stop but then couldn't put the nut back on to the wheel properly either so could only get 4 of the 5 nuts on. With that, I wasn't going to be able to drive my car for the holidays. I sent an email to Sarich not expecting to get an answer until after Christmas. To my surprise Scott called me within about 15 minutes and asked me to bring the car over to his house and he said he'd get up at 6am this morning and completely fix my car before Christmas. To add to that, he also had to get on a flight at 11am with his family to go to Nelson. Completely blown away by how good his service is and can't recommend them enough now. Completely above and beyond. I've always used them for my vehicles over the last few years and always been very happy with the service, but this was next level. In case you don't know, they also offer free vehicle collection and returns around Wellington. 10/10 would recommend
