        I love vital yoga, I have been going a couple of times a week for nearly a year now. The teachers are great, there is a range of classes depending on what you are looking for and the food is amazing!!

        Vital Yoga is a great studio and yoga community. Clean, friendly, vibrant, good Covid practices and experienced teachers. I really the enjoy the more challenging classes: Power Yoga and Active Deep Stretch - these are great if you want something more fast paced, so prepare to challenge yourself. But there are slower paced classes if that is your vibe too! They also do vegan dinners after evening classes on some weeknights which is a great way to refuel and meet people. Totally recommend!
