We were looking for a real estate agent to help us sell our first home and couldn't have asked for a better team. Sinead and Christelle were professional, efficient and offered us good advice we felt we could trust. They took a lot of the stress out of selling our home in a time when the market was dropping and the deal was done much quicker than we anticipated. Sinead was awesome to deal with. No inflated appraisal prices to try get the listing (which seems far too common in the real estate world), just honest advice and recommendations based on what the market is doing and how best to approach the sale.

Sinead is absolutely amazing. We have had the experience of working with Sinead both in buying a home and selling. My husband and I bought our first home about 5 years ago and with Sinead it was such a smooth, easy, stress-free process. She is very knowledgeable and answers questions clearly. After we outgrew our home 5 years later, we worked with Sinead on selling. Again, we had such a great, stress-free experience. Sinead was very clear on expectations and we had a quick sale with a price we were happy with. We also had the pleasure of working with Christelle Van Zyl at Bayley's on the sale of our home. I couldn't recommend her enough either. Christelle's communication was excellent and got everything organised in a timely manner, updating us all along the way. We were in great hands with both Sinead and Christelle!

Sinead came recommended as someone who had successfully sold houses by architect Sir Isn Athfield. At our first meeting Sinead impressed as an experienced, knowledgeable and energetic agent who showed an appreciation of and enthusiasm for the house albeit one for a niche market. Her price assessment was revealed to be realistic Sinead was an excellent communicator and kept me extremely well informed. She was a very good listener and responded promptly to any concerns and queries of which there were many. Sinead was very helpful as I prepared for marketing recommending a range of trades people who could be called on if needed. They made themselves available and this helped keep up the momentum. The market's volatility was well managed with honest discussions around expectations. Sinead worked hard to show potential buyers around, follow up any interest and provide thorough feedback. In all. I was very appreciative and felt the sale was in excellent hands.
