        Attended a sound healing concert here with Claudio and what a blissful experience. The yoga studio is set up in amongst the trees with floor to ceiling mirrors and windows so no matter your position you felt completely surrounded by nature. The concert itself was amazing, he is a very talented man. I left feeling very relaxed and restored.

        One of a kind studio with a very special, welcoming vibe. Cathy is warm, engaging and very inclusive instructor with a wealth of knowledge and a lovely teaching style. Their Day Spas are a perfect way to escape the every day business. Definitely worth the drive around the bays!
