        If I could choose 0 stars, I would. NOT IMPRESSED. My partner went in on 29/09/2022 Thursday at 12:30pm and was denied access into the bank because the two staff (one girl, not sure of other gender) that were working "needed to go get lunch". He then proceeded to wait outside for a whole HOUR. To make things worse, he was on break because you guys are only open on Tuesdays and Thursdays. What business opens 5 hours a day (basically 4 because of the hour lunch), 2 days a week and allows their staff to go on a 1 hour break? I work retail, when there's only two of us, one stays back at the store to serve the customers? If you're going to be closed for an hour in between those 5 hours MAKE IT AWARE TO THE PUBLIC. NOT HAPPY.

        Again closed , why don't you just close the branch all together . Last week banking deposit machine broken this week not open . Very disappointing fir customers of BNZ wise up or close up all together .
