There is so many nail products, makeup products too. All the things you see in a nail salon they have it! Although I already had in mind what I wanted there was different brands to choose from, I have a really hard time deciding. All the thing you see in pharmacy for nail products you will fine it here at a cheaper price. Sadly the UV lamp was sold out, so I had to buy that online since mine is overused. Also they dont have the false push on nail extensions.

I am very DISSAPOINTED with my experience online shopping here. I purchased the 'Kia Ora Gel Polish Matte Top Coat' and had a major problem with the quality. As a professional Nail-tech I must ensure that each product I use is of great quality and does what its supposed too. I cant afford to have a client walk away unsatisfied. That being said once I applied the 'Kia Ora Gel Polish Matte Top Coat' on top of my clients manicure & cured them in my UV+LED 48watt lamp for 120 seconds they still came out very, very shiny. It seemed to just had muted the shine at best but was definitely fully cured. Seeing the confusion on my clients face, I had to rummage through my bin and pluck out my almost empty 'Kenzico Matte Top Coat' (which is a great gel matte, I recommend it) and only just was able to save her nails. Honestly the product quality was disappointing but I had been hopeful that this could be cleared up and remedied. So I wrote a email regarding my concerns & attached images but did not receive a reply... I then decided to contacted customer service to figure out what my options are. A man answered the phone and we greeted each other. I spoke about the product and how I was disappointed with the quality and that's all I was really able to say because he recognized me from my email and started talking over me. He claimed that the images I sent show that the product is fine and completely matte and he didn't know why I was complaining. I very calmly tried to explain that it was indeed not matte and it was very shiny and that I would not be able to use it on clients. The way he spoke to me was soooo dismissive and rude and he just would not pause, he didn't want to hear a word I said and this very much upset me. So I emailed them again, attached photos of the manicure after I had used the second matte polish (Kenzico Matte) for comparison. I ended the email asking for their shipping info so I could send it back and receive a refund. They never provided me with that information. I really cant be bothered to further correspond with these people, ill just chuck the polish in the bin and kiss that $25 bye bye... & find another business to support. DONT BUY from this website, if you have a problem they wont fix it, they don't care about product quality or their customers satisfaction.
