Lovely little cafe inside the library. Lots of dietary options for vegetarians and vegans. Could expand the menu a little bit more to provide plant based variations on standard menu items. Place is warm, there are a lot of tables, and you can browse the magazines in the library while you wait. Wifi supplied by the council is very slow so cant recommend it as a place to work until they fix the internet set up.

Im a hard nut to crack but credit given where credits due and this place deserves the credit . A couple months ago I moved to johnsonville from the city and its fair to say I miss the cafe scene so to come across this place it was day made , thank goodness jville has this place ! Most will know that the family who has this cafe formerly had Clarks cafe in Wellington library for many years which I amongst many many others was a fan of so was brilliant to see there is still some Clarks classics that are still as good as well as many more delicious and appetising additions reaffirming these guys know their stuff ! I even recognised Clarks customers from back in the day I said hi too who were proud to say they still come most days as well staff who stuck with the team since back then too , now thats a testament to a good cafe ! After deciding what to eat ( cabinet and menu ) coffee and food was brought to our table as we sat back and enjoyed that feeling that comes with a excellent cafe experience. Nice work guys and thank you ! Ill be one of your firm regulars!
