I think the service by practitioner was good. Business hours need to be looked at (closes between 11am and 1pm when most are on lunch). Not a great experience with receptionist who felt confrontational and sharp (re covid concerns). Practice was clean, Chiropractor got stuck in. 3/5.

Have used and still are using the Chiro Johnsonville for smaller back injuries/injury prevention and for performance with work/sport/everyday life.The injuries sustained although less serious for a back have at times still been debilitating. Dr Arturo has helped in my recovery immensely. Got me back to work and sport in a timely and safe way where I feel confident .

On the positive side, when I first started chiropractic care several years ago, it sorted both the daily headaches and lower back pain that I was experiencing at that stage. As time went on, however, treatment became more perfunctory, with the exact same adjustments done no matter what was going on pain-wise. The people are lovely, but I did feel badgered (by phone) to make appointments rather than just being allowed to make one when I needed it. Unfortunately chiropractic treatment has also made my daughter's back pain (due to scoliosis) permanently worse. I wish the team well, but I don't think that chiropractic is for everyone.
