Boomrock | Function & Wedding Venue

When we went to see Boomrock for the first time, that was it. Thats where we were having our wedding. Photos of this place cant do it justice, you have to go see it because its absolutely beautiful and in any type of weather. We had our wedding here three weeks ago and we are still dreaming about it. We were able to customize our wedding at Boomrock and were even able to have our labrador at our ceremony! Boomrock obviously has many many wedding ceremonies there, but on our night, we felt like we were the only ones who has ever been married there. It was the most magical day/night. Alicia was just the best and was there to not only offer support with beverages but to make sure everything went to plan. And it did! Not one mishap! We loved working with Alicia because she was happy, enthusiastic and made us feel like she was just as excited for our wedding as us. We appreciated that she was calm and willing to make whatever we wanted happen. Also the food was to die for! Guests went on and on about the food and so did we. Youd be safe with all dishes at Boomrock, they are amazing. Our night was so magical and we thank all the Boomrock staff that worked hard to give us our night. We especially thank Alicia for being calm and patient with us while also just being literally happy for us. We couldnt recommend this place more. Kellie and Sinead

This wedding venue is simply breathtaking! The views are absolutely stunning and made for the most magical wedding photos and video. I highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a truly unforgettable wedding experience.

We are forever grateful to have had our wedding at Boomrock. To say that everything was perfect is an understatement. Alicia was amazing to communicate with and left us with no stress at all because her and her team had organised everything to a T. The venue speaks for itself, we had the most incredible day where we could clearly see the south island. We knew on our first visit that we were in for something special and that Boomrock was where we wanted to get married. The ceremony area is beautiful and the lodge hosts an amazing reception. It felt so romantic and intimate and really provided a special day for us and our guests. There were several activities available to entertain our guests while they were there including ptanque and golf off the cliffside which was a stunning photo opportunity as the sun was setting. The food was amazing, and the staff looked after everyone so well. We were able to cut our cake and have our first dance outside underneath the festoon lights which was beautiful. All day long and even weeks afterwards our guests could not stop talking about how much of an amazing day they had had at Boomrock. Thank you so much Alicia and all the Boomrock team, you made our day so special.
