        They didn't receive my enquiry from the website, so I called them to follow up. They told me they would see what they could do and call me back. It took another 2 days to call me back by which time I'd had to get someone else in. Every conversation with them was friendly and apologetic though, very nice people but perhaps need their systems updated.
