TANK Johnsonville- Smoothies, Raw Juices, Salads & Wraps

OMG The two girls working here on Monday's are the best tank employs they've ever had. Always have a smile on their faces and make absolutely delicious smoothies. I love chatting to these wonderful ladies and look forward to coming here.

Unfortunately this Tank is bad enough for me to actually write a review. I have been here multiple times recently and the service is just terrible. Im actually surprised management allows staff to wear airpods or headphones while working. Multiple staff members make no attempt to call out your number or let you know which juice is ready (just simply placing a juice on the counter with no explanation what it is/whos it is)- asking is a chore because music in and being ignored. A couple of decent workers there but the majority seem to very untrained and unenthused

Ordered a wrap and smoothie via doordash, got two smoothies, neither were labelled so couldnt tell what was the one I had actually ordered. Now I have two smoothies for dinner

Seriously bad service today. The 2 girls ignored the queue until there were 8 people waiting to place orders. As drinks began to come out, the people who had ordered last got their drinks first. The girls didn't seem to know which drink was which and mixed up people's order. Wondering where a manager or supervisor was because these girls were clearly not experienced enough to be operating on their own.

Staff seem undermanaged, undertrained, and undermotivated. You cant put this on them though. Management needs to revive this store. It needs it.
