This shop SHOULDN'T be able to sell motorbikes. Bought a bike and already it's gone. Been told now that a young lad puts the bikes together with no or very little experience. Not good at all and not good customer service.

Stiga mower lasted only 56 hours before the cam failed - apparently Briggs and Stratton Motors well known for this. Mower was fully serviced on time etc

If there weren't plenty of reviews, I would think this is a scam business. If you do want to buy anything from them, I would only go in store and hope you don't have issues. They haven't responded to a single email and are hard to get on the phone. On 26th Jan I ordered an Ego battery. The website said the product was in stock. I emailed 5 days later as I hadn't heard anything. No response on the email. Called a few days later and was told stock was on route to them from up north and they didn't know the timeline, but you wouldn't think it would be long. Waited nearly a whole month and called again and was offered a refund which I chose. I was asked for bank details which was good as the credit card I used had now expired. A week later I get a refund email but no funds have been deposited. I'm concerned that even though they asked for my bank details they just tried to refund it to my now expired credit card. I called up and explained this and they said they would look into it. It's now been 2 weeks and I've not heard anything. I hope they can actually resolve this and I don't need to report a theft. Update: Finally received the refund after another call. They complained about it with no apology but based on other responses, I'm not surprised.
