        Had to wait for over 15 mins for extremely sore throat & cant hardly get into a dr & have to leave a message to come to carport, nurse rings back & I can't get phone then another 15 mins. I nearly gave up & went elsewhere, felt like putting myself down.

        Sadly after going here for a year or two, I've learnt the bad reviews on here are completely true. Amazing doctors. Abysmal office/admin team. If you are happy to be treated like a second class citizen who owes the admin staff some sort of favour for being there, then this place is for you.

        Very disappointed!!! Whats wrong with Johnsonville medical Center, sent a letter to me saying I didnt attend my appointment and unattended appointment will be charged for $45 penalty fee. It was for my son, and we did attend the appointment, I booked the appointment for him and also called you to confirm it was for my son! Got another letter saying my husband didnt pay for the fee, nobody told him about it, how would he know he needed to pay and not covered by ACC, poor service, check your system before you send out the letters.
