        Update: Julian installed my parents heat pumps in Johnsonville after we received various quotes. His price was the most competitive in the market and he responded to all my queries super duper fast! He and his team installed a heat pump for my parents in a few hours and left no mess at all. He also gave them a discount as he installed the heat pumps in my house. Great customer service indeed. My parents are over the moon! :) thank you! Last year: Julian was highly professional and provided a quote within the stipulated time. The Mitsubishi heat pump he installed is really quiet and I am really impressed with the heat pump installation process. It only took a day for the heat pump installation duration.
