Collective First National and Aaron have been very quick to help with any issues with the house, have been flexibly with how rent is paid, and have been kind and professional in all the interactions we've had with them. If you plan on renting or purchasing through C.F.N, it's a pretty safe bet that you'll have a good experience (something that can't be said for most estate agencies I feel). I should also note that Aaron's house inspections have been very quick and non-invasive which is, again, not something that's super common with other estate agents, unfortunately.
