Bullying the elderly using stand over tactics into paying them money for nothing!
Never deal with this man.
My elderly mothers car (she is nearly 80) broke down 3 hours from her home and was towed to this vile workshop. She was given a quote then called back to say dont worry someone is coming to get the vehicle. The next day. This man became very aggressive and abusive over the phone demanding she pay $200 for the waste of his time and demanded she pay both shipping to return a part he had ordered.
My poor mother was threatened and bullied over the phone and made to feel like she HAD to pay this money she was that upset by his behaviour. This is an ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING way to treat any customer especially an elderly woman with not much clue on anything as she lives hours away.
Absolutely revolting behaviour of a grown man
