I always get amazing customer service when in this shop the girls there are helpful and make the shopping experience quite enjoyable all round. Was in a few days ago and witnessed a customer giving the girls that work there a hard time about a sign, when one of them apologised and tried explaining what the sign was for the customer continued swearing and just being rude to the girls, even pulling the finger at them. However I believe the girls handled the situation maturely.

Went in the other day and was served by the most beautiful young blonde women. She was genuinely so kind and so helpful and made me feel GREAT when purchasing. They weren't very busy so I did get lots of help but I am so appreciative of the staff, you could tell they genuinely cared about there work

There was a really unprofessional blonde worker on her phone who ignored me when I asked for a different size. Lots of eye rolls and whatevers so I ended up leaving with nothing . Really unhappy with the service
