        Our pre purchase vehicle inspection reporting was unsatisfactory. Refusal to give a written report or checklist was not explained when booking the check. There was poor verbal communication given in the absence of the written report. In all, we were left not knowing whether the car was worth purchasing or not which defeated the entire process.

        All I wanted was advice on a specific engine oil for a friends car. What I found was incredible, kind and helpful service from Aaron. He sorted me out with the good oil. He Even put it in the engine for me A++
