Below average customer service. Order never arrived. I understand errors happen but they were dismissive when I enquired and passed me on the courier (who suggest is was never sent). After being asked for a refund they tried to retain the postage costs. Got the full refund in the end but it was cheeky to try and provide only a partial refund and I will not be ordering here again.
