F45 Training Basin Reserve

Ive been with F45 Basin Reserve since they opened and from day one, I felt welcomed and encouraged to do my best. The trainers are knowledgeable, motivating, and always there to offer advice and support. The workouts are fun but challenging, with options for different fitness levels. I highly recommend F45 Basin Reserve to anyone looking for a fitness community that values positivity.

Best bloody desicion I've made in my life ! I've been a regular for awhile now. The team helped me lose alot of weight , ive won challenges ! Became the stair master for awhile thank you to all the team and Mal ! at f45 basin !! I highly recommend guys !!! Get in become family of the best gym in Aotearoa

When I first joined in August 2022 I was really nervous but all the trainers and members were so welcoming and kind! F45 Basin Reserve is an amazing, supportive and inclusive community focused on bringing out the best in people. It doesnt matter where you are in your fitness journey youll find success and fun alongside fantastic people! Ka rawe e te whnau!!

F45 Basin Reserve has helped me so much since I joined 8 months ago. The trainers are super friendly and motivating. I am stronger and fitter now than I have ever been. Participating in the regular challenges and in the social events encourages me to want to go regularly. I love this place!
