I have several items which came from this company via their retailers. But after calling them directly today with a product enquiry I would not choose items from them in the future if they come with any sort of risk attached or there is a good alternative product via another distributor or mail order from overseas. Its not clear if they have a policy to avoid customer service or there was something else going on, but the tone was not the least bit confidence inspiring.

I don't usually bother writing reviews, however I feel it is right to do so in this case. Purchased Hornady press off a retailer, had some small issues with the press, contacted Steve directly and within 2 days my problem was solved, my press now runs like a dream. Thank you Steve for your excellent prompt service!
