        I cannot recommend Jeanie and her team enough. When my grandad's hearing was deteriorating, it was very overwhelming and isolating for him. From the very first visit Jeanie was incredible. She fitted him with different hearing aids and was extremely attentive to his needs. Jeanie has become part of our family and the level of care she and her staff provide is extraordinary. We will forever be grateful to Kapiti Hearing.

        I have been using the services at Kapiti Hearing for about two years. Recently I had my hearing aids replaced and Jeanie Morrison-Low was my Audiologist arranging requirements. I found Jeanie's knowledge and experience invaluable as I negotiated the selection and fitting of the new aids. Also the Kapiti Hearing clinics at both Raumati Beach and Waikanae are attended by very efficient and helpful staff who make the appointments and visits a welcoming experience. Many thanks for the services and new aids supplied.
