Spectrum Collision Repairs

I made a terrible mistake choosing Spectrum collision repairs to repaint my vehicle. I found them to be incredibly unprofessional, sloppy and careless. This horrible experience of using Spectrum made me feel absolutely sick to my stomach. The bill for this shoddy work was double the written quote and must be paid in full BEFORE you get your vehicle back! The work was substandard and the inside of the vehicle was covered in overspray paint and dust and a complete mess, not to mention the damage that was done in the process. Mark you should be ashamed of yourselves for giving a customers vehicle back in this condition after paying many thousands of dollars. And yes I did give you the opportunity to put right all of your mistakes... but you were just NOT interested! And yes Mark I was a real customer and paid you lots of real money. I visited the shop expecting to have a scratch dealt with and the wonderful gentleman took care of it at no charge as it wasn't as bad as it seemed. Am very impressed with this kindness and service and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you very much.

I DO NOT recommend this panel and paint shop at all. I do think there are some skilled tradesman who work here, but overall the service and quality is very poor. How many of your 5 stars reviews are fake?
