        Previous day delt with most reliable worker LOUISE. Awesome service and completely thoughtful towards questions needed answered mostly. Giggle-lisious funny as always sold me a product worth every cent. Nikola complemented on product for my Sassy-hair including and different forms of shampoo and conditioner products. WOW- WEE. 2star placement review 2star working ethics and finally 1 star

        Never buying from here again. Went in to the Kapiti store to ask if they had a product recommended by my dermatologist. The lady in there got very pushy, telling me that my hair was falling out because of product buildup (I have alopecia, an autoimmune disorder), that what my dermatologist had told me to get was wrong, that it wont work etc. After explaining my autoimmune disorder to her she continued to tell me what I was looking for is wrong and the my dermatologist was wrong. She was very rude, condescending and disrespectful throughout the whole conversation. Tried to make me buy some expensive product buildup remover. Dont shop here unless you want to be treated badly.
