Top Floor Bed and Breakfast

We had a couple of nights in the garden room and will definitely be returning. The room was really lovely, it was warm, clean and within very easy walking distance of cafes, restaurants, shops and the beach. It had everything we required for a weekend away and more. There was a great selection of breakfast options (pastries, fruit, cereal, bread for toast) and of course tea & coffee. The hosts were lovely and welcoming but not at all intrusive. The only problem we had was the super fast wifi died on day two but that was due to circumstance beyond anybody's control and there were cards and games as well as a radio and tv so not a big deal.

Stay here! Seriously this is a Bed and Breakfast with a room that opens its windows to a view of Kapiti island. You're a street back from the main beach road which is good for lower noise as you do need open windows to cool you at night. Really nice room with a comfortable medium softness bed. King size seems to be a standard for luxury rooms as is the colour palate mountain of pillows. This room has a better balance of pillows. A small bathroom has everything you want, shower sink mirror and the output throne. Your breakfast sits ready for you to put together in the morning to suit your tastes. We enjoyed morning coffee and toast and tasty muesli and yoghurt. Your located above the office area of the building and there is no noticeable noise leak. With an easy walk from the beach and laid back bars and restaurants. Parking available, make sure you request it. Enjoy your time with the cool hosts who are great ambassadors for the coastal community.
