It would be a help if they put a notice on doors when closing early. Arrived 4.03 looking for number then told come back tomorrow. This is not a complain as im a regular just an observation that would let people know not to go in.

I went to the paraparaumu office and soon realised I should be wearing a face mask,I was just thinking I probably would have one my car (there were none on the counter)when an older,unpleasant woman in a blue smock,with boy cut grey hair told me as I didn't have a mask, to go outside and wait outside the door.I told her I thought I had a mask in my car which I went and got.I am retirement age with spinal injury so her command wasn't an option.(Not that anyone would know if my number came up)Two other people then came in,confessing to forgetting their masks, both were given a mask (although one a little reluctantly)from a hidden supply ,by a different woman behind the counter.For being treated unfairly ,one star .
